Cishets can get away with blatant queerphobia by slapping the inaccurate label of “satire” on it, but when queer people actually use satire properly to illustrate the ridiculous and awful way our oppressors treat us all of a sudden we’re the bigots even though they’re the ones who were completely serious and we’re the ones who are actually joking.
